This conference was already boycotted by the U.S.A., Australia, the Netherlands, Israel, Italy and Canada.

North Korea’s Satellite Launch - Hypocrisy

Whether the satellite successfully reached orbit, as claimed by the North Koreans, or failed to do so as claimed by the South Koreans and the United States, is quite immaterial.
North Korea has effectively cocked a snoot at those who have insisted that it not launch the satellite.
